Good value for money in a beautiful hotel
I booked last minute for a thursday night and on arival very shortly after we were welcomed very warmly.
The only negative thing I will say is the room was very small and we couldnt even open the wardrobe door but apart from that it was outstanding. the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. We had a nice drink in the bar and again the girl who welcomed us, served us and was very friendly. We had an uninterupted nights sleep and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. A full english but there was fruit and cereal to. The hotel has beautiful gardens and all in all we had a lovely stay.
Quirky and great hotel
I stayed here on business for 3 days and in a sea of identical Travelodge's and Premier Inn's across the country I really enjoyed it.
The hotel has bags of character, my room was a decent size, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in the area.
