Put in a disabled room when it didn't seem full anyway.
Didn't bother with breakfast as I was quoted £14 by a member of staff !!. Had a steak for dinner, with no steak knife. Noise from external fans outside all night with Windows open as air con didn't seem to be working. Over priced for hotel basically on A1 services.
