The hotel always seemed hot.
There is no air-conditioning although fans are provided. The first room offered to us was hot and noisy, the second hot but quiet. Even with the window open as much as possible it was still warm. The weather whilst we were there was warm and sunny ( which is maybe not the norm for Belfast in late September . ) so a winter stay would be no problem. That said, everything else about the hotel was good and especially the staff - all of them. Competent, welcoming, friendly.
