Excellent location for us

The hotel is located perfectly for exploring Milan.

We enjoy walking and could get to the Duomo on foot, sight seeing as we went, as well as excellent access to the tube etc if we needed it. Excellent restaurants around. Staff very caring. Rough guide recommended it

Teenage Friendly ??

Nice hotel and a great base.

Booking made and there was no restriction on age of child in room for 3, but hotel made an issue out of it until I produced paperwork and he checked age restriction via Laterooms. Didnt apologise, but basically over 12's are "Adults", which is not uncommon but not known/declared beforehand. Reception team could have handled better and made me feel as if it was my fault . If I had to pay Adult price for a teenager I would have stayed elsewhere. "New" rooms were nice, but shower system not fitted well and general quality finish quite poor in bathroom. Friendly staff and car parking system (collect car and return to you when needed) cheap and friendly and no hassle. Good breakfast too.
