One night stay
Room quality was second to none.
Had requested a late check out when booking 2 weeks prior to arrival. When arrived i was then told that late check out was not available as this information had not been passed on which caused severe problems as we were working a night shift and were not back till 4am and with checkout at 10am this was no use to me. Why had I not been told this prior to arrival and could have arranged alternative. It then cost me another £40 to have late check out which had not been proved into job or accounted for and left me out of pocket. If I had knew this prior I could have built into my costs. Unhappy with situation and won't use this venue again as I felt this was very poor customer service.
Nice Apartment - Single beds only
I only needed a hotel room for the night so I was rattling round like a pea in a barrel in a two-bedroom apartment.
It would have been a very good apartment if I was visiting Aberdeen with my wife. My rooms only had single beds and I hate that even when I'm on my own. Not because of the bed size but because the duvets are always too narrow and I end up waking up with a bit of me cold.
