Lovely staff, very uncomfortable bed.
Fantastic staff, basic room but clean and tidy, nice food.
Negatives - no toiletries not even hand soap, tea/coffee making facilities in the wardrobe, and the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in for many years, well tried to sleep in because we hardly slept. I would stay again but would check the bed first!
Long long walk with several stairs from room to reception/dining etc.
Room very dark in daytime due to large tree immediately outside window. Poor light for reading in bed!. Lovely grounds, good setting enjoyed stay.
