Take this accommodation off your website!
Hi LateRooms.com I thought it would be easier to forward the email we sent to the hotel itself.
Your service is polar opposite to that of the accommodation and wouldn't want your name to be linked to such a bad service
I would just like to let you know how disgusted I was with the state of your hotel rooms. My husband had booked a night stay for our family of 4 for my birthday as a stop off on our way home from Chester zoo. We first checked in to room 20. The room was filthy with dust every where, stains on the wall, the towel rail hanging off the wall, crumbs on the floor, rubbish left from the last people who stayed in there and it was damp. My husband asked if we could change to a better room and you said room 25. This was just as bad if not worse. The room again was filthy with thick dust under the wardrobe and stains all over the walls, there was mould on the windows and in the bathroom. The toilet seat was cracked all the way through. I wanted to complain to you this morning when we left but there was no one on reception. If we didn't have our 2 young very tired children with us we wouldn't have even stayed and would have demanded our payment back. I will be writing a review on trip advisor so no one else has to go through what we had to.

My Second Worst Hotel Ever
As the title implies, this is the second worst hotel that I have ever stayed in.
I pre-booked a £40 double room with free WiFi and Victorian Décor. The room was just about large enough to accommodate the double bed, it had no chair and no WiFi. The radiator in the shower room was rusty and the décor was shabby. I got the impression that the hotel is used by temporarily homeless persons. I will never stay here again. I would rather sleep in the car.
