The City Durham

Nice and friendly.

What we expected for the price. shame about the noise in the morning when the brewery delivery person was banging to get in but that's not the fault of the hotel staff

it would have been nice to have more options for breakfast other than 'are you both having a full English?' But it wasn't a problem when I requested just individual bits

Room was small but the hotel is conveniently close to town.

Stayed for three nights and the third morning the chef did not turn up and the breakfast room was locked so unable to have a breakfast.
