The on site Manager really cared
Our stay my daughter and myown was absolutely made possible because the person in charge made sure we were happy, we could approach him any time he was available and could attend to the very few problems we had to our satisfaction.
I noted that there had been a complete refurbishment recently and the room did look good. Thank you so much Liam
Waverley Guest House
Just about ok for one night.
Fresh towels damp, floor not hovered, facilities in single room with ensuite excellent as tv, heater and clearly had been refurbished, stale air, suspect someone had been smoking in there previously, air fresheners would help. No soap or shampoo, so bring your own. Location on the front opposite a very loud live music venue, unfortunately the lead singer in the band was a lousy singer and the music rubbish which was a shame as I could have got to sleep if the band had been any good, so if you want to get to sleep before midnight ear plugs a must have as no double glazing. Continental breakfast at 7:30am. n No cups, no bowls, no plates, no bread. Was told it was on the way but waiting half an hour before these items arrived so if you were pushed for time absolutely no use...apparently there is not enough crockery. Staff are nice but distant and suspect they wish they were somewhere else....very convenient for bus and train station and the centre of Inverness...place of last resort and not somewhere I would be happy spending more than one night...overall a shame as the place is very convenient for the centre of Inverness.
