Perfect Setting

An ideal base for walking.

The staff were very friendly, food was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable.

Good country pub

Enjoyed our stay; our room was nicely decorated and with all mod cons, and the food was good, both at breakfast and evening meal.

The £15 two-course option was very good and the wine was reasonably priced.
