The Vyvyan Arms Hotel

I am not into plush rooms etc.

I just look for value and somewhere I can get a good nights sleep and enjoy a decent breakfast. With the Vyvyan you get both.

Tip top

For the price it couldn't be beaten.

A bit dated but all serviceable and clean. Friendly staff, clean but basic room with plenty of room. Separate shared bathroom toilet and shower. Good well-cooked breakfast. The only downside was the car park being at the top of the high street was constantly being used by shoppers, so I never got to get my car in there. But the bar man did stop to give me a lift to my car when he saw me walking with my bag when I left, which was unexpected and most appreciated.
