Upgraded to the Chocolate Suite
Last time we stayed in a black and white room in The Swan with a beautiful view of the river.
This time we were upgraded on arrival to a room at the back of the Bakehouse.
Personally I preferred the first room in The Swan however the Chocolate Suite was more spacious. Again, we had an enjoyable stay. It is great value for money and we would happily recommend to others.
Accepting that I was there for the bands that play every weekend I booked to stay in the Swan but yet again got put in the Bakehouse.
I stayed here once before same thing happened.
Small room but comfy bed however their definition of ensuite is a DASH across the hall to a separate toilet
When I requested another room the exact words "that's it if not good enough suggest you go stay somewhere f....ing else"
