Not what I expected

The room was very overpriced for what we receiveed, there were no cups for tea and coffee only glasses.

There were two mattresses in the room which we did not need, we had to ask for extra pillows as the ones provided were far to thin, no hand soap for hand washing, the toilet didn't flush properly and the lighting was hideous, the television did not work. All in all the price we paid for a birthday weekend was extremely overpriced for one night stay in a hotel that did not provide properly.
