Room not clean enough.

I have stayed in plenty hotels and grey street would have to be one of the worst.

Only two things going for the hotel is location and connected to The living Room. Room wasn't cleaned properly as there as a used eyelash stuck to middle of the carpet when we arrived. Also when we left we received a phone call saying we had left a nightie in the room. No we hadn't. Must of been in from previous occupier.

Struggled to get past maid cart and used plates lying all over the hallway.

The location is great for all pubs and clubs I have to admit. Can obviously see that is whhat I paid the money for was no where near a room worth £140 a night.

Dont bother

Expensive for a poor experience.

I booked a twin room and was given a very small double near the lift which kept me awake half the night. Could not open a window so became stuffy. Toiletries for only one person and had to ask for more tea milk etc. Paid extra £10 each for breakfast which was a very limited selection and hot food was not all freshly cooked. In the middle of our meal a window cleaner arrived beside us and began washing the windows inside, that was a first. Very dish piled up for cereals was dirty, had to ask for a clean one. Never again!
