Sea view/Pebble room- nice room, however shared bathroom
not what Late rooms Advertised.
Lovely room but bathroom in that wing of house is shared by 3 other rooms, not what I would describe as private bathroom. No locks on bedroom door- owner did state she was having them fitted the next day!Nice dining room and sitting room downstairs with tv in, but no remote to our tv in our bedroom so we couldn't use it. Anyone who books needs to advise owner in advance as to time of arrival- again not stated in laterooms booking info as owner stated when we telephoned her she would get there when she was ready. Lovely garden lovely views. Although reasonably price not the privacy we expected. Would suit a large family who hired all 4 rooms in that side of house
South Stack Coastal Retreats
This was a complete con.
I paid extra for a luxury room with ensuite in a property where pets were not allowed. What we got was a small room with no lock on the door, no mirror, no remote control for the tv, no rubbish bin and NO ENSUITE. Instead we shared one bathroom with three other couples - same bath mat for all. On top of this one couple had a dog which had the run of the house and slept in the bedroom. When I complained to the owner I was promised a refund of £25 which has never materialised. We spoke to one other couple there who were also completely shocked at the lack of facilities. Terrible place.
