First time visitor

This small B &B is first class.

Hosts are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a delight, one of the best ever experienced in a B&B. Furnished to a very high standard and everything was well maintained. Well done to the owners

Fabulous b&b

It was our first visit to Exmouth and Devon for many years .

We saw a program on country file some months ago and thought it was worth a visit. Mark and Karen at Cranleigh were great hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. The room which was on the ground floor was great. En suite was excellent, good shower with plenty supplies. Kettle with ample tea and coffee, fresh milk which was a nice touch.

Bed very clean and comfortable. Room nice and warm with radiators . Mark was very helpful with all his local knowledge about places to go. He even drew us a map for a trip along the Jurassic coast absolutely fab. We would certainly recommend Cranleigh and will return.
