room extremely small, very poorly furnished, curtain to small for window, did not cover whole of window when shut, no one available to take payment, on suite very small, would definitely not stay again, feel very aggrieved paying £65 for 2 nights, not worth it
Lovely hotel right on the waterfront
Stayed for a midweek break, paying for a room without a sea view.
On arrival, room was upgraded to a sea view. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Location excellent with waterfront placing and both bus and tram stops within 2 minutes walk, Blackpool being 10 minutes away. The only thing I would have liked would have been a cooler in the room. Opening the windows did the trick, however, the hotel is located right on the promenade so traffic noise was regular. It didn't stop me sleeping though.
