This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it will be our last.
We stayed in room 302 and on either side of us in 301 & 303 were drunks that spent the hours of 2am to 4am going between rooms and shouting banging doors, fighting. We had our baby in the room and felt quite trapped, not once did any hotel management appear. In my opinion the police should have been called. When we spoke to the receptionist in the morning who in fact was the waitress from the restaurant. about the people she apologised and said they had lots of complaint and that was the end of the that. Quite unsatisfactory although not the waitress's fault. We defo won't be back to a hotel that was otherwise really spot on.
Our break in Glasgow was very short and so we needed a good comfortable hotel close to the city centre and Central Station.
The Park Inn was both and also provided really good service and value for money as well. They also catered well for my friend's gluten-free needs. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
