Made to feel welcome
When we arrived there was a little mix up of the rooms and keys but the staff soon sorted it and even though we arrived before 2pm all rooms were ready .
All staff very friendly and we were made to feel welcome even to the point of someone knocking on our door at 10 am just to make sure we didn't want breakfast before they cleared away and that it wouldn't be any trouble if we changed our minds . Great service . (It was our fault we went to a wedding the night before and couldn't get our heads off the comfy beds and pillows ) Very nice room and very clean . Even the lady on late lock up was very friendly with a warm welcome when we arrived back near midnight . With others still to return I'm sure she was ready for going home but didn't show it . This is a great location for visiting surrounding areas such as Arnside and Silverdale and the Lakes all very beautiful. We will be back for a longer stay in the near future to sample the good food that the rest of our party already had.
Good quality and the food was very good.
good quality price and Bianca, the assistant manager, was very helpful.
