The Best B&B I've stayed at

Everything about my stay was faultless.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly, the accommodation was modern, very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. I still can't quite believe it's was so cheap, I would have paid twice as much and still been satisfied. All in all, if you need somewhere just north of Newcastle, Room 21 should be your first choice.

A friendly welcome

On arrival we received a friendly welcome and nothing was to much trouble.

We were shown a warm and beautiful room, a bedroom and sitting room in one. A homely atmosphere greeted us and we were looked after yet independent in our stay. The facilities were delightful clean and warm and restful, ideal for a period of recuperation. A beautiful enormous comfortable bed, I slept and awoke rested. Wonderful, friendly, and caring couple of which nothing was too much trouble thank you so much for such a lovely stay.
