A little more imagination with the breakfast would be nice, choice of orange or milk only, cereal and yoghurt.
Opted for the full breakfast which was a little oily, no beans, fried bread or black pudding. Let down by silly things like no butter knife, dirty glass, no salt and pepper on the table. Ordered two Irish coffees with our evening meal not convinced there was any whisky in them.
Room 6 although clean and modern does have a sunken bathroom which necessitates going down a small flight of stairs with an exception low ceiling watch your head and outside the window is a large extraction pipe from the kitchen which can be noisy when kitchen is being used.
Overall though the stay was pleasant, staff polite and food acceptable, rooms clean and tidy would I stay there again probably yes but I would look elsewhere first
