Smart Hyde Park Inn

If you try to walk your way from/to the hostel to London's main attractions you are gonna have a hard time; to compensate it, the hostel is near to 3 Underground Stations, 2 of them are a block away.

And the Queensway Station is open 24hrs (great for coming back after a night-out). Very cheap but everything is extra. You want a locker for your stuff. £1.50 per day. Want a safe for money, passport and devices. 50p per day and the people at front desk get to guard the key. The fact is not having freely available lockers in the rooms causes everyone to put their backpacks and large pieces on laughter in the floor between bunkers, leaving no space to walk and get in your bed. I had to leap and stomp over laughter to be able to squeeze into my bed.

Really helpful staff, broken lockers in the bedroom meant an uncomfortable sleep with bags at the base of my bed, confusing layout of building, weak shower didn't last long each release of water and pathetic cheap breakfast not worth paying for when you have Sainsbury's near by- best thing is the location.

I regretted not doing an Air b n b for the same price by the time you add on the extras for a towel etc. Good for back packing and cheap longer stays.
