Comfortable room but early impression completely destroyed when there was no hot water in the morning.
Tried again after 30 mins but no change. Only two other guests had left by that time it should not have all been used.
Spoke to other family who had similar experience. When leaving spoke to Handyman / Gardener who said it was a know problem and if ever staying again we should knock on his door to get him to top up the pressure.
As this was a known problem it should have been dealt with, and so I am asking for a partial refund.
Value for money
I was surprised how good the accommodation was as the exterior does not do it justice.
The room was lovely and a modern bathroom. An extensive dinner menu is available and the food is good. I didn't mind the breakfast in a bag but what I did not enjoy was a freezing cold shower in the morning!. I couldn't even complain to the staff about it as there was no staff on duty. I even tried phoning them fro my room on my mobile but there was no answer. Very disappointing and ruined our stay!!
