Could have been very good .... but

Lovely room but totally ruined as I could not sleep because the room (no.

2) is RIGHT next to the kitchen extract fan which was left on ALL NIGHT. Mentioned to staff and said they need to in order to stop the fridge overheating but not good enough. I had earplugs in and a pillow over my head but still couldn't sleep. Also breakfast was very good but not usual buffet stuff just a cooked plate. Quite expensive at £85 for a single.

the bathroom had cracked floor tiles, the toilet seat felt loose and unsafe and there was no bath mat on the first night at breakfast on the first morning we had to ask for the things that most hotels provide as standard i.e cereals and orange.

the second morning my husband was served the vegetarian breakfast instead of the normal full english. he asked for most of the breakfast tasted of some form of spice and was sprinkled with something that looked like chopped parsley not a truly enjoyable meal but just about eatable.
