Return Visit.

We were disappointed when staying last year, with some of the meals.

This year however, we all enjoyed our food and it was well presented. As with our last visit, the rooms were very comfortable and both had views across the river. All the staff were friendly and efficient and we had a pleasant stay.

Family friendly, clean and comfortable!

We loved our short stop over stay at the half moon with our two young children (2 and 3).

The family room was clean comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had our evening meal there (food served all day - a huge bonus for those who have small children who want to eat early!) everything about the food was yummy, we couldn't fault it. The location is great, we went for a river side walk after our meal but barring mind if you do have small

Children there is no barrier between you and the river (there are quite a few rocks though) so they will need to hold your hand.

Brilliant stay and we will definitely book again when we next visit family in wales as a overnight stop off. There looks to be plenty to do in the area if you are staying longer too.
