Keep an eye out for regulars visitors (wild life) to the local area, many observed from the windows at Garadh Buidhe – deer, pine martens, otters, highland cattle, lambs, sea eagles from the Isle of Mull (as seen on ‘Spring Watch’ and ‘Autumn Watch’), buzzards, pheasants, many species of garden and sea birds (including the greater spotted woodpecker, kingfishers and migrating sand martins nesting in the banks of the river). Jane and Michel are excellent hosts, sweet and friendly, helping in everything you may need.
They clearly enjoy running this business. The accommodation is really nice, very clean and confortable in a beatiful location. We really enjoyed out time there and would recommend other travellers to stay at Garadh Buidhe and meet Jane and Michel.
They were very attentive and welcoming. The accommodation was fab in beautiful surroundings. Make sure you bring a map as the SatNav leads you to the wrong address. Would love to go back again!
