Worst stay in London
Stayed in this hotel for two nights.
On arrival told room wasn't ready and to come back which we did. Returned to be given a keycard for the room in a different building. Got to the room to find it in disgusting condition - bedding clearly used and not made up, lots of rubbish in the rook and the bathroom still had signs of the previous occupant. After a lengthly discussion with the lady in the front desk and after having been told we could get our money back (!), we finally got a different room which was ok. It would have been impossible to find another hotel at this late stage. Breakfast was toast and dry cereal and the breakfast room was one big mess. Not sure how clean it was. Needless to say we never returned for breakfast on the second morning. Will not go back to this hotel again.
The Park View Hotel is now called Central Park Hotel
