Quite good; but not perfect

We found the toilet was broken when we arrived and although they hotel knew, it wasn't fixed until the next day.

They did however provide us with a key to another room with a working toilet (the infamous Room 4) - a little inconvenient at times, but a 30% reduction in the 1st night's charge eased the pain. The only shelf in the bathroom was also missing and not replaced

All in all, not a bad stay for 2 nights over New Year. I would stay again with a few changes and bearing in mind the excellent location, I thought the price was reasonable
