About the hotel

Welcome to Belk's Bed and Breakfast. Situated in the beautiful village of Kettlewell in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. We are a small family run business with a big emphasis on home made quality food and service.

We are now on the 2014 Tour de France route. We have three adult only rooms, all of which are relaxing. The top room is very romantic with its beamed ceiling and real coal fire. We are aiming for the discerning customers who appreciate the beautiful countryside, the pace of life and the stress free environment. Zarina is a strong supporter of the Calendar girls and has always helped them sell their goods from the tea room. All the money raised goes directly to Leukaemia research. With Kettlewell being the setting of the film it is the ideal place for us to sell the goods. So far we have taken over £13,000 for Leukaemia research. Kettewell is an ideal location for a short break when you want to get away from it all. It is also a great walking area with lots of different walks suitable for all levels and ages. We are on the Dales Way. The village is also very popular with cyclist and is on the Yorkshire cycle route. We have on and off road private parking for vehicles as well as secure parking for cycles, so if you want to lock them away at night we can. .

The beam in the attic room

The room was lovely.

The stairs are very steep. The beam is very low and I hit my head in the night forgetting it was there. I would stay again but not in this room.

Beautiful short stay

I stayed for 1 night whilst viewing houses and zarina and her husband were incredibly helpful with local information.

The accommodation is lovely and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. I couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend to anyone thinking of stopping in the area.
