Set in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, The Seagrave Arms dates back to 1740.The former Coaching Inn has been converted to a welcoming "restaurant with rooms" but still retains many of the original features such as flagstone floors,georgian fanlights etc.The rooms are all en suite,with White Company egyptian cotton sheets,high spec modern showers and complimentary REN toiletries.
The restaurant is in two inviting candle lit rooms,with old dining tables and worn wooden floors.The modern british menu is based on seasonal and local ingredients and changes weekly.Meat & vegetables are purchased direct from local farms and in season local shoots provide partridge,duck and pheasant .Fresh fish is delivered daily from Cornwall and is all Marine Conservation Acredited- The Seagrave Arms is the first member in Gloucestershire of The Sustainable Restaurant Association.
The cozy bar has a large inglenook fireplace and old leather armchairs and is a perfect place to cradle a pint of real ale from the local breweries or cider made from Cotswold Apples.
The pretty local villages of Broadway & Chipping Campden are 5 minutes by car and both Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon are only slightly further afield.For walkers the famous Cotswold Way is on our doorstep.
