Improvements needed

Apparently last weekend was the first of the year First impressions count-need new plants in boxes at the front Need to upgrade shower and loo-stuck in a little cupboard with no fan and no hand basin to wash hands afterwards All decoration very poor, does not look as though seen any decoration in last thirty years Suggest reducing number of rooms to allow for some ensure facilities, my single room seemed to have been squeezed out of a room at the top of the stairs, with the door at an angle in order to fit in.

Owners polite and well meaning.but the winter should have been spent upgrading and decorating

Carpet old and the whole building had a very stale smell, suggest perhaps burning some candles in the meantime

Good luck in the future

Pleasant stay at a good hotel

Very nice hotel to stay at.

Had a double room on first floor overlooking cricket ground. Staff are very helpful and informative about local restaurants and places to visit. Really nice breakfast
