100% would recommend it to a friend
Tranquil, very comfortable, friendly haven.
A beautiful farm house, genuinely dog-friendly, with a warm welcome from award-winning hosts.
Close to the A120 yet very quiet, the room was large with a magnificent huge brass bed with top-notch cool linen and a luxury Relyon mattress (yes, I looked!). Close to Freeport Braintree, the stunning historical village of Coggeshall and the amazing Cressing Temple Barns built by the Knights Templars, I'll definitely be back to enjoy this lovely house and garden, fine breakfasts, relaxing sleep - and the genuine power shower.
I enjoyed a very pleasant evening/morning in a quiet and comfortable room at the front.
I can highly recommend 'The Bell' a mile up the road for a bite to eat ( the beef stew was delicious ) and a pint of Maldon ale. Jayne was a brilliant host and kindly let me linger beyond the official get-out time as my appointment ( a friend's wedding ) was not until the afternoon. I didn't get the chance to explore the area, but would certainly return for a longer stay.
