Bathroom was cold despite radiator being on - old grape stalk and decaying grape found under our bed which indicates room was not fully cleaned - the fabric of the accommodation is tired - overall poor value for money - reader should note that this is the first poor review I have ever made within the course of my many years of very regular hotel stays.

There was some indication that the accommodation may be changing hands so if this is the case then hopeffully the required changes will be made by the new owner.

Cosy room

We enjoyed our overnight stay in a very friendly atmosphere.

Our room was excellent, warm and cosy, bed comfortable. Full English breakfast delicious, a treat for me. Option of vegetarian sausages appreciated by my other half. Highly recommended and would stay again.
