Warm welcome, relaxing accomodation and excellent food.
Warm welcome with a pot of tea and cakes set the tone for a very relaxing overnight stay.
A pleasant, informal atmosphere with comfortable room in a village location. The restaurant has an excellent menu and the food was delicious. We will certainly stay here again.
Excellent if you like novelty
This is a village restaurant with locally-sourced food that also does B&B (three rooms).
The owners are calm and very pleasant. The restaurant is in an old building with modern facilities, and the room was clean and modern, with an en-suite and an effective shower. There was tea-making facilities in the room, and fresh milk was provided in a small thermos flask. For breakfast, I was offered a Full English, but I plumped for the haddock and poached egg. Excellent. Cereal, toast, fruit juice and tea/coffee were also available. A very pleasant stay.
