Would not return or recommend here, based on our experience

On the positives: room was presented smartly although small.

One downside was that it looked over the car park with car park lights shining through the window, addressed by closing two sets of curtains, but some people might hope being in a small village in the countryside it would be darker and quieter.

More off-putting in the bedroom was the see-through glass door to a tiny ensuite, so you could see, and hear, almost everything when someone else was in there. Breakfast was a major disappointment - we both agreed it was the worst breakfast we have ever been served at a B&B and discovered at the end charged £12 for it. Food seemed to the cheapest ingredients possible and wasn't pleasant to eat, so left it. For coffee we were given hot water and cheap instant coffee sticks. We had to find milk, cups, cutlery from other tables, as service seemed to be distracted by loud phonecalls. After being charged £12 for this, we ended up leaving and buying breakfast at a café.

We visit around this area quite often, and we've definitely had better experiences, better value, elsewhere.
