Honest Review

So, it's kind of difficult to start this review.

I will break down into sections:

Location - perfect. Adequate parking, superb town centre location and within walking distance of everything. Check in - brilliant. We were able to check in early, and the owners were so welcoming, I felt like I was staying with a friend. Room - we stayed in room one which was big, but had a really small en suite. There was a double bed and a single. The room was fairly 'dated' in its décor and not overly clean. Previous comments about the cleanliness all ran true, with the underside of the toilet seat being mouldy, the toilet brush in an unpleasant state and the shower head was particularly unclean. I feel really bad saying this, as I'm guessing that the owners clean themselves and probably struggle to to find the time. Food - breakfast was lovely, plentiful and fresh. I genuinely couldn't fault it. Again, the owners were outstanding and so welcoming and accommodating.

Overall - I'm sorry to say, that I wouldn't stay again. This is based on the cleanliness and dated room. That said, the price (£55 a night) was brilliant, but poor value overall solely because of the quality of the room.
