This hotel caters for bus tours for oaps from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave. No WiFi,only 5 channels on an ancient tv, free toiletries consists of a bar of soap, breakfast consists of 1 sausage,1 egg,1 bacon, teaspoon of beans and hash brown not what I call full breakfast. The bar had draught beer, wine and spirits and was ridiculously priced. Wednesday night entertainment was some pub singer in a kilt who wasn't too bad and was the only Scottish thing I seen in the hotel apart from the carpets, where was the haggis or vension or salmon on the menu????. Thursday night we had to battle our way through the main reception as people were sat down playing Bingo so even if we wanted an overpriced drink that was not going to happen as we had to be very quiet. Staff were very unhelpful and most were......wait for it.....foreign....in a Scottish hotel that is called Highland but does not serve haggis or doesn't have local staff. So in my opinion complete waste of money unless your an oap who doesn't really want to see the real Scotland.
Great place for the money!
