Great friendly good value hotel.
We spent one night at this hotel while attending a wedding anniversary.
Our room had just been renovated with everything brand new (Room 2) The room faces the main street but sound was not an issue. The bed was very comfortable . The owners were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for you. I think they are renovating all the rooms. We had a massive Scottish breakfast in the morning which set us up for the day. I think this hotel is great value for money and we would definitely stay here again when in area
Very welcoming folk.
I would recommend this friendly place to all. The building is old and quirky so you get simple olde world accommodation but that is part of the charm. My 2 dogs were welcomed with open arms and there was a field next door to exercise them - fantastic - it really takes some of the stress out of travelling with your pets. The village is in beautiful surroundings too. Parking too.
