very warm and welcoming we offered the annex which was lovely and private with a kitchen bedroom and shower room.
En suite bedroom - no towels provided.
Asked what time arriving (19h00s) but said I would be eating first. Subsequently changed plans as proprietor said she was going to the gym. Went to a recommended local pub having driven around Folkstone but not all items on the menu. Subsequently had a shower in the en suite (wet room) to discover no towels had been provided. Also not absolutely sure the main bed's linen was clean (white specs and two small pine needles) so slept in the single bed. Could not get the TV to work.
