Nice pub with rooms

Out of the way pub, very popular with locals with friendly service.

Helpful staff. Rooms quite nice but lacking area for business visitor to work. Poor shower but nice bathroom generally. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast cooked to order with good ingredients. Poor (non-existent) mobile signal and variable WiFi signal is less than optimal.

Bowled Over

We stayed for two nights whilst visiting Leeds Castle.

The pub is very friendly and welcoming, lots of locals made it lively on our arrival on Friday evening. The room was great, nice hot bath and shower available and a comfortable bed. We ate at the Bowl Inn both nights and could not fault our meals (fabulous fillet steak), all served by cheerful staff. Breakfast was good too, although quite large. The only downside for us was the fact that the toilets were being re-fitted and our room was directly above, making for a noisy Saturday afternoon when we got back after the exertion of Leeds Castle. On the whole we would recommend this Inn and would definitely return.
