Great little gem!!!
Lovely place, clean tidy and great breakfast!!
Lovely place to stay.
We booked here for a little weekend escape on recommendation from various reviews.
Lovely homely place with a warm welcome, although we never got to meet the lady of the house which was a shame. Being a couple of fuss pots we noticed that the place was well decorated, nicely furnished and was immaculately kept. Really nice. Our room was pretty much spot on with the only tiny omissions being a shelf in the bathroom for a wash bag and bathroom door coat hook. As said, pretty much spot on. The breakfast room was as at home and felt/looked nice with great attention to detail. Brilliant choice of top quality food/drink on offer and done perfectly when it arrived. The only very small ommission that was also mentioned by another guest was the lack of baked beans or plum tomatoes to give the 'gravy effect' to an otherwise perfect breakfast. Being in the travel industry I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and B&B's and rate this as ine of the overall best. Highly recommended!
