OK after a shaky start
On arrival I was asked to provide my bank account details, for security, as rooms had recently been vandalised.
I objected and after a short discussion this was waived. Receptionist/barman apologetic - 'following instructions'. Room was a self-contained flatlet, with en suite and kitchen facilities, semi-basement, with own front door to street. Satisfactory, although loo cramped & easy to bang your head on projecting area.
Where is Alex Polizzi when you need her!
Room 5 Negatives - Worst ever mattress, springs poking through and pinging with slightest movement.
Top sheet stained. Can hear neighbouring rooms plumbing and floorboards creaking. Positives - Powerful shower and freindly staff. Just not good enough!
