Shouldn't be taking bookings
We turned up to the hotel late at night, staff gave us the impression we were in the wrong place as they were not expecting us.
After confirming our booking details we found we were supposed to be staying but no room had been prepared for us. We were made to wait in the bar for 45 minutes (no drink offered) whilst the bar staff asked other drunk people from the other side of the bar to make up the room. Which we found disgusting, not clean, no loo roll or milk for teas/coffees, no shower facilities or a towel to dry your hands on. I have had worse staff accommodation before and felt robbed to have paid £45!
