Excellent place to stay

Great location as a one night stop off to break up a long drive to the north of Scotland.

Lots of parking, great views, good breakfast and friendly host. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

A gem of a B & B

Stayed here for one night only and wished we could have stayed longer.

Its one of the best B&B places, if not the best, I have ever stayed in and will definitely recommend and will be returning. The peacefulness of the place and its surroundings is incredible, waking up and taking a shower in the large family bathroom, looked out the window and hearing cows and sheep, just fantastic. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and its a delight to go downstairs and sit in a very comfy and cosy village pub. The landlady and her son went out of their way to make sure our stay was a fantastic one and nothing was too much trouble, even cooking us food (which was plentiful and delicious by the way - and affordable) at nine o'clock at night. Am so going to come back here and stay for longer the next time, had a great nights sleep. Very happy customers.

"Many thanks for your lovely review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at The Village Inn and we look forward to welcoming you back some time in the future. Kind regards Alison"
