There is a pub, village shop/mini post office, playing ground and Church all within 2 minutes walk. For the avid rambler there are plenty of walks through fields/foot paths, woods and Orchards or if you want a beach holiday the very famous Camber Sands and also its golf course is only a 15 minute drive or Hastings which is a 25 minute drive. We are also only 2 miles from the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye, full of antique shops, art galleries, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and 2 markets each week. There are several nearby National Trust Properties Such as Bodiam & Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst and Small Hythe Place. Canterbury with its beautiful Cathedral and new & old shops is only a 45 minute drive.
