The hotel room was large and clean but a bit dated, it had a wonderful sea view, what let they stay down was the bath had not been cleaned and was very grubby, there were only 2 tea bags for 2 people.
The reception staff were very abrupt and looked down their noses, we were not advised on breakfast times or on wi fi etc. Breakfast was average there was plenty of choice but do not use quality produce and was over cooked and dry.
booked a night at the Clifton Hotel but the next day they had emailed me to say that they are fully booked so they decided to move me to the Royal Hotel, which in my opinion was loads better the rooms were great and had a flat screen tv with free-view channels.
There was a few chewing gum marks on the floor but that didn't bother me.Also the Royal Hotel was right next to everything and the Clifton Hotel is kinda in the middle of no where but we loved it and talking about going back again soon
