the room i had was so different from the rooms showed in the pics.
the check out was not so efficient and I lost time waiting for my invoice ( i previously sent all the indications for the invoice and twice the voucher).
Good points: great location, lovely art, friendly and efficient breakfast waitress Bad points: paper thin walls (we could hear conversations, snoring and "other activities" on both sides), proximity of trams (the ground shook!), sharing a large breakfast table with people we didn't know (or want to know), minuscule bathroom, tiny bedroom.
