Charter House is centrally located within Southampton's city centre and is ideal for business or leisure stays. The building is positioned on the right as you enter Ocean Village where there is a marina, three restaurants, and two cinema's. A Tesco's Express is close by for all your amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor which can be accessed by the lift or stairs. As you enter the hallway there is a storage cupboard to your right and down the corridor on the left you will find a spacious lounge with dining area where you can access the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and is fantastic when you have a family as you are not governed by hotel timetables and can cater for children on their timetable instead. A washer/dryer is in the property to meet all your laundry needs so gone are the days of having to return home to mounds of washing.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin and a heated towel rail. Fresh Towels are supplied on arrival with complimentary toiletries. Down the corridor from the main bathroom there are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, heated towel rail and a wash basin.
If your stay is longer than 7 day our housekeeping team will clean and supply fresh towels and bed linen. Additional cleaning can be provided at a small fee upon request.
Allocated parking for one car is supplied in the secure car park and free broadband is available unlike hotels where you have to buy internet packages.
