The management need to stay as a guest to understand what is not happening and what they need to fix
Mix up in the booking but resolved.
Location for access to the east and West Midlands great. Rooms ok but in need of an update
No heating on and the room was cold especially in the morning
The hot water was non existent and had to shave in Luke warm water
My room was single glazed so the noise levels from traffic from 5 am was
Horrendous . A room near mine used the toilet at 5am and the pipes squealed
for several minutes which is what originally woke me up
Stayed here over the weekend and had a lovely couple of days in Donnington.
This hotel is superb value for money with a tasty menu and super helpful and friendly staff. I'd highly recommend!
