The B&B offers a value for money experience where want to enjoy Brighton without a big dent to your bank balance.
I stayed for two nights which were week days.
-The staff are friendly and approachable. -Room, linen and bathroom were clean. Further information which may help when making a booking
-Charges are applied if want to pay by card. So if you want to avoid this, need have cash on hand as payment is on arrival. The hotel staff said this was mentioned in Laterooms confirmation I would have received, but on returning home I checked my booking confirmation and this not mentioned. Fortunately there is a cash machine nearby which staff directed me to. - Restaurant is in the neighboring B&B. Not a big issue as just a pop round.
- Quality of food rated a 2 as standard English Breakfast and cereals offered. For someone staying over a number of days absence of variety may eventually lead you to seek breakfast in surrounding cafes, and does not cater for any other dietary requirements.
Clean and comfortable.
Parking was the biggest issue, Brighton doesn't make it easy for people visiting in a car.
The room was nice, clean and tidy but there was a smell of bleach that lingered through the night from a spill at some time before we arrived. Due to parking issues we cut short our stay and were unable to try the breakfast. The staff were considerate and helpful.
